In a league of their own

"Michael Singh was an incredible help during a very difficult recovery. Patient, kind, and professional. It's rare to find a lawyer who handles every single detail personally. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would do it in a heartbeat."

Common questions

Frequently asked about
the free claim check.

Honest answers before you call us.

What does No Win, No Fee actually mean? +
If we take on your claim and we don't win, you pay us nothing — no legal fees, no disbursements, no hidden charges. Our fee comes out of the settlement amount. If there's no settlement, there's no bill. This removes all financial risk from making a claim.
What if I was partly at fault for the accident? +
Being partly at fault doesn't necessarily end your claim. In Queensland and NSW, compensation laws allow for contributory negligence — your award may be reduced by your proportion of fault, but you can still receive meaningful compensation. Many successful claimants were partially responsible.
How long does a compensation claim take? +
Straightforward WorkCover statutory claims can resolve in weeks. Common law and CTP matters typically take 12–36 months, depending on the insurer and injury severity. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've assessed your claim.
I'm not sure if I have a claim — should I still contact you? +
Absolutely. "Not sure" is the most common reason people contact us — that's exactly what the claim check is designed for. We'll ask the right questions and give you a straight answer. Even if you don't have a claim, we'll tell you honestly. You have nothing to lose by asking.
What information do I need to get started? +
Very little. A general description of what happened, when, and the nature of your injuries is enough to start. You don't need police reports or medical records ready — we'll guide you on what to gather after we confirm a claim is viable.
